Mark and his team have done nothing but fantastic work for my home. Ours was a fairly complex project the first time around and they took great care to ensure it was done properly. The couple of issues we did have, he addressed and had taken care of quickly. Now that I'm looking to have my front door replaced, I looked no further than Mark and his team at Nexgen!

Five Stars! The entire experience was exceptional, from dealing with Mark to the installation by Randy. If you want good quality products with excellent workmanship then this is the place to go for window replacements. Would highly recommend to all and I am a tough person to please.

I had my downstairs windows replaced in May 2016, and finished the upstairs in April 2017. The Nexgen installers were prompt, polite, thorough, and updated me throughout the day on what was going on. Also, it was the same 2 installers for both dates used, a year apart, showing stability within the company. During the April 2017 install rain was in the forecast, so they made sure to complete all work they started as not to leave anything open to the elements. Also they honored their promise that if I completed any additional work within 18 months of my initial work that the pricing would be the same as the original quote.

Windows - Whole House, 12 double-hung, 2 awning, 1 sliding, and 1 huge picture converted into 2 sliding windows in all

The doors are wonderful. We've gotten numerous compliments on the entry doors. We chose the glamor glass for one door. They have improved the look of our house and are very energy efficient. The sliding glass doors are of A++ quality as well. Absolutely no drafts and they are so easy to open. I can't wait to complete our addition so we can add the windows we purchased. The customer service was very knowledgeable and friendly too. We will be purchasing more windows for our apartments in the near future as well. I will recommend this company to all my family and friends for all of their window and door needs!

Description of work:
My husband and I are putting on an addition. We bought 2 entry doors, 2 sliding glass doors, and 2 windows from Nexgen. We installed the doors and will be installing the windows this summer.

They did an excellent job with the entire project. We also had them return in the spring of 2016 to take out and replace the 4 remaining bedroom windows. When they said they were coming, they were very prompt. They were also good with clean-up. Beginning with their initial presentation, they were very good and did not apply any pressure to purchase their product. The presentation was very thorough and understandable. We compared them to other window presentations, and costs, and they were much more affordable for us. We would definitely recommend them to anyone. Some of our neighbors also used them. We are also currently considering having them install a storm door. Their product is wonderful and we are extremely pleased.

Took out 4 old bedroom windows (ranch home) and installed 4 new windows.
